Yes, and here is the honest reason. The day your deposit lands we start spending it. We hold rooms, we commit to drivers, and we tell farms in Thái Nguyên and Hà Giang how many people are coming, which changes what they pick and when. With a group capped at ten, one person leaving in March is not a rounding error for us.

It is also the only thing that is non refundable. Your balance and every add on come back to you in full if you cancel, right up to the first day of the tour. If your plans change, talk to us early. We would rather move you to the next tour than refund you, and we have done that before.

Pay the $500 deposit on or before Thursday 31 December 2026. That is the whole test. It does not matter when you pay your balance, and it does not matter when you book flights. Once the deposit is in, your price is $2,000 and it stays $2,000. The same applies if you want Premium All Inclusive: deposit before the deadline and premium costs you $2,750 rather than $3,250, because the $750 upgrade is the same either way and the $500 saving comes off the base price.

No. $500 holds your place, and that is the only thing you have to do today. The balance is not due until the day before we fly, Friday 18 June 2027, and you can pay it whenever suits you in between. If you would rather settle the whole thing now, all four combinations have a pay in full link and the total is identical either way.

You send us your flight details and we book a private car for your arrival specifically. Our driver company sends us the driver name, the car and the plate ahead of time, and we pass that to you on WhatsApp before you land, along with a name board so you can spot them in arrivals. You are not waiting for a group transfer and you are not finding your own way in.

Two things. Your Vietnam e-visa, which you apply for yourself and we walk you through, and an arrival form that Vietnam now requires at both Hà Nội and Hồ Chí Minh City airports. The price is based on twin share. A single room for the whole trip is a $400 supplement, and you can add it at any point before we finalise rooming. If you are travelling alone and happy to share, we will pair you with someone and you pay nothing extra.

Yes, but book them one at a time rather than setting the quantity to two. Each booking carries its own price and package on it, and a quantity of two records one set of details for two people, which is exactly how we lost track of an earlier booking. So reserve once, then reserve again for the second traveller. Two deposits, $500 each. If the second person wants a different package to the first, that works too, and booking separately is the only way it can.
