Tea Name: Shan Lin Shi Oolong – Taiwan

Origin: Lin Xi Mountain, Taiwan

Elevation: Grown at elevations between 800 to 1500 meters, providing the ideal climate for premium oolong cultivation.

Cultivation: Cultivated using traditional methods emphasizing sustainability and careful handpicking to ensure only the finest leaves are selected.

Harvest Date: April 2024

Brewing Instructions: For a perfect cup, use 1 tablespoon of tea leaves per 8 oz (about 250 ml) of water. Steep for 30 seconds, allowing for a second infusion with an additional 5 seconds if desired. The ideal water temperature is 212°F (100°C). Enjoy the evolving flavors through multiple infusions.
