• Thùy’s passion for tea blossomed after marrying her husband and returning to her hometown, where tea farming has been a way of life for generations. Since taking over in the last decade, they’ve modernized production, processing over 50 tons of tea annually. • ▶ Special Note on Accommodation:
• The Karma House in the Hà Giang Mountains offers a unique and authentic experience. It is a shared living space with limited bathroom facilities and communal sleeping arrangements, allowing you to immerse yourself in the everyday lifestyle of the locals. Here, time seems to slow down, giving you the chance to pause, breathe, and reflect on life’s encounters.
• The environment is serene, calming, and breathtakingly beautiful, making it an ideal setting to practice meditation. Life in the mountains feels like stepping back in time—cooking is done over an open fire, using local mountain vegetables and livestock. Meals are shared on a tarp on the floor or on short stools. A special highlight of your stay will be a communal dinner with the locals, offering a rare glimpse into their way of life.
• However :
• For those with health concerns or personal preferences, a private room can be arranged at an additional cost. This alternative accommodation is available at a hotel located about an hour away at the base of the mountain. Guests opting for this arrangement will need to wake up earlier to ride up the mountain by 8:00 AM to participate in the tea tour events. Please note that this requires prior coordination to ensure smooth arrangements.

1. What’s Included:
   The tour cost covers accommodation , meals , transportation within Vietnam per scheduled program, and all planned tea events over the seven-day tour.

2. What’s NOT Included:
   International airfare, VISA fees , and any additional domestic travel expenses not mentioned in the itinerary are not included . Participants are responsible for reaching the designated hotel on the tour start date. Additional costs such as taxes, baggage fees, flight cancellations, and re-ticketing are at the participant's own expense.

3. Refund Policy:
   Deposit fees are used to reserve your spot and accommodation, as the bookings are made in advance of your arrival. Please note that the deposit fee is non-refundable if you are unable to attend due to personal reasons.

4. Communication:
   Communication during the tour will be via WhatsApp , Instagram , or any other app agreed upon at the start of the tour.
