Tea Tour Booking Deposit Non-Refundable

This is the $500 per person deposit that reserves your place on a Tea J Tea tour. It is the only thing you need to pay to be booked.

Your deposit comes off your total rather than sitting on top of it. The balance is due the day before departure at the latest, and you can pay it any time before that, in one go or when it suits you.

For the Vietnam Tea Tour 2027, running Saturday 19 June to Saturday 26 June 2027, paying this deposit on or before Thursday 31 December 2026 locks in the early bird price of $2,000 per person. From Friday 1 January 2027 the price is $2,500.

The deposit is the one part of your booking that is non refundable, and it is non refundable because it is what holds a seat out of ten. Everything else stays refundable right up to the first day of the tour.

Ten guests, no more. If this page will not let you add a deposit, the trip is full.
