Brewing Instructions: Begin by heating all your tea ware with hot water. Introduce 3g or roughly 2 tbsp of Pomelo Green Tea into the teapot. Next, pour hot water into a pitcher and let it cool to a temperature of 175°F (80°C). Steep the tea for 40 seconds, adjusting the time based on your preferred intensity. Transfer the tea from the pot to the pitcher, and then serve in small cups for a memorable tea experience.
