The meticulous semi-oxidized processing and the unique terroir of Mộc Châu contribute to a nuanced flavor profile that is both rich and balanced, making it the perfect choice for your tea and pastry pairings.

Tea Name: Moc Chau (Kim Thuyen) Oolong

Teamaker: Tea Harmony Ltd. - Dedicated tea artisans from the Mộc Châu region

Origin: The serene, mountainous landscapes of northwest Vietnam's Mộc Châu region

Elevation: Grown at elevations ranging from 800 to 1,500 meters, allowing the tea plants to develop their unique flavors

Cultivation: Handpicked with precision by skilled farmers, ensuring only the finest leaves are chosen for processing

Harvest Date: Fall 2023

Brewing Instructions: For the perfect cup, use 1 tablespoon of tea leaves per 8 oz (about 240 ml) of water. Steep at 195°F (90°C) for 120 seconds. For subsequent infusions, add 30 seconds to each steeping time, allowing up to 3 infusions to enjoy the evolving flavors.
