Remember, the Manage Subscription functionality is only available for people who’ve purchased our 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month subscriptions. It is based on the email that you provided during the checkout and payment process.
Step 1 & 2 below provides guidance for first time monthly subscribers.

1: Choose Your Tea Subscription
🔹 Navigate to the Subscription Box section on our website.
🔹 Select your preferred monthly subscription frequency and add it to your cart.
2: Complete Checkout
🔹 Proceed to checkout.
🔹 Fill out the required form with your shipping and payment details.
🔹 Enter your credit card information and click Confirm Order.
3: Access & Manage Your Subscription
🔹 Hover over the “Subscription Box” and select Manage My Subscriptions on our website main page.
🔹 Enter the email used at checkout.
🔹 Check your inbox for a login email and follow the link to access your account.
