Gong Fu Style:

- Temperature: 175°F (80°C)
- Tea: 5 grams/ .17 oz
- Brewing time: 15 seconds
- Subsequent Infusions: Add 5 seconds each time, and enjoy up to 5 infusions.
Western Style:
- Water Quantity: 8.8 oz / 260ml
- Temperature: 175°F (80°C)
- Tea: 3 grams/ .10 oz
- Brewing time: 180 seconds (3 minutes)
- Subsequent Infusions: Add 60 seconds each time

To maintain their vibrant green color and fresh flavor, the leaves are swiftly pan-fired to stop oxidation.
After that, they are rolled and dried to develop the intended taste and texture.
